  Maybe we are spoild from travelling though Asia with the high quality service and value.... (yes we have stayed at $1000per night room as well as cheaper hotels) We found the view was great... But everything else was quite average.
  
  Our towel had stain.... For a $500per night room, not even 2 bottles of simple complimentary bottles of water (would have cost them less than $1)
  
  Breakfast in the morning was not up to standard. We went to pour our own coffee and was told that the coffee was to be served at our table and that they would come around... Which they didn't even 30minutes later...
  
  The Concierge was probably the best part... Everything else was below expectations...

  Took my partner as a surprise for her birthday and the experience was excellent! The reception staff were extremely knowledgeable, and arranged everything as I required. And finally when we were leaving, Cameron from the valet went out of his way in helping us to get parking and direct us to the places we wanted to visit! Thank you guys!

  Well furnished hotel which is attached to a casino complex. It is suitably far away from the casino that you can treat as being separate. My room was nice but a bit bland. The pillows were far too soft and provided no support. No bath which is a bummer, I really could have used a soak after a long haul flight. Only ate in the hotel for breakfast. A good selection of food to cater for different breakfast tastes. Location is excellent for southbank food places, outlet mall and not far from town centre.
